As some of you may know (and many of you do not...considering that I see people from Singapore, France,Canada, Israel, etc. on here reading--KEEP coming back. So awesome! Oh, you Americans--keep coming back too! :-D)...it was my birthday yesterday, the 15th. So this was my birthday weekend and it was super relaxing and I had a great one.
I'll hush and let the pictures tell you what we did. I love my big, bad camera, but sometimes I like the little'ol cell phone pictures too!
We started out at The Loop for lunch with my mom on Friday:
I just love when he neglects to cooperate. At all. Haha!
We headed over to the pumpkin patch next:
I will have an entire pumpkin patch post later on.
We then went to The Dollar Store. I snagged this ridiculously cute rug for....drum roll please...$1! She's in our kitchen:
Disregard the ugly toes.
Yesterday we woke up early and headed over to Panera for breakfast where Ofir decided to do a birthday-girl photo shoot without my knowing:
Around the 4th picture I realized what he was doing. Stinker.
Notice the Goodwill hoodie? ;)
Here is my fav picture from the breakfast:
And yes, he is wearing the same shirt as the day before. No need to dirty up another shirt just for breakfast :)
Afterwards, we took these to our dry cleaning man, Joseph:
Why, you ask? Well...because he got Ethan a $25 gift card to Toys R Us for his birthday! What dry cleaning guy does that?? Ours does! :) Such a sweet man!
And then Ofir asked me what I wanted to do. What did I say? Garage sale hunting. :) I love it. I found this pretty thing:
She's thick and sturdy and was only $2! What do you think--fill with black and white pictures of Ethan OR old photos of family from generations ago? Opinions, please!
We had lunch here:
What did I have? Oh, just a Philly Cheesesteak AND fries. It was my birthday--I'm allowed to eat that on my birthday. I don't eat like that hardly ever. And it was good. Damn good!
My friend, Laura's daughters birthday party was yesterday. We swung by for a bit to say Hi, let Ethan run off some steam, give her a gift and eat some cake. We had to run off early, but a good time was had:
I dont know if you can tell, but Ethan looks so thrilled in the presence of these ladies! Hehe!
Hey, look...Ethan has a new, clean shirt on! ;)
I started to stock up on necessities for the season:
You know you want some. Come on over and get 'em :)
This is what I have been doing all day today:
But I took a break to come visit.
Gettin' back to it. I hope you had a great weekend and have an even better week!
Friday I am heading to Savannah,GA with my mom for a girls weekend (sans baby and husband!). One last hoorah before Adult Health 1 starts! I have been there a million times, but still adore it! Where is your favorite place to go there? Send me your suggestions (minus Lady & Sons...I don't want to run into anymore ghosts! ).

Oh, the all too familiar scene. I have that exact picture .. times maybe, 400 .. somewhere. The one of all of your study materials spread all over the bed, that is. Probably on my laptop that is now shoved in the closet because it is too full of info to even run well. I now hog Scott's.
ReplyDeleteYay for a fun bday weekend!
