Play dates and potato soup.

We went to Laura's house yesterday so E and Maggie could play and Laura and I could  binge on her homemade delicious potato soup. Well, actually...so I could binge. I had two bowls. She was good and only had one. Yum! Needless to say, I stole the recipe and will be making it very very soon. I dreamt about it last night. I did.

E and Maggie, for those of you who do not know, were born 6 days apart. They don't get to see each other too very often, but when they do they always get along really well. Now that they are bigger and can get around, it was so fun to watch them play together. They had a great time and chit-chatted back and forth. They did an amazing job destroying the living room together. Such great teamwork--even at this age.

Apparently, their own cups were not good enough for them. They wanted a new experience. So funny!

Laura was sweet enough to offer to take a few pictures of E man with her glorious camera and mad skills. I never turn down an offer from her to capture my little guy. These are a few she whipped up:

We had a great day and E just loves his friend, Mags :)
